New art projects & emergency drill

We started a new art project this week! We will be painting lanterns for an upcoming festival. The students are learning how to correctly hold paintbrushes and to try and work “slowly”. It was very hot this week but we had a great time outside for P.E. class. We did some running exercises and also had some time for playing.

We had an emergency practice earthquake/fire on Friday which went very well! All of the students are learning how to hide under the table and also hold their towels to cover their mouth.
