Caterpillars & Show & Tell

We got some caterpillars in the class! They were living on the lemon tree in the garden. We’ve been giving them kinkan and mikan leaves and they seem happy. We’ve talked about citrus trees, cocoons, and turning into butterflies.

Today was show and tell. To choose the order, we did a rock paper scissors tournament. That seems fair and nobody can get upset that they didn’t get to go first.

Today we had a Rubik’s cube, a shell where you can hear the ocean, a key holder from Disneyland, dolls, a yo-yo, a bow and arrow, and a princess book.
