Potato Day

In December, Butterflies harvested the potatoes, which we planted in the garden earlier on in the year. It was very crisp and chilly, but the students worked hard digging them all up. We had a really impressive yield this time around. As an added bonus, we were able to eat them for lunch. Beautifully boiled and lightly salted. The kids absolutely loved them! Bravo Butterflies!
