This week, we had our Tanabata celebration! The weather was a little bit rainy, but we still had fun. We got to enjoy a lot of different games!

This week we had a visit from the dentist. Everyone quickly got their teeth checked. They all said it was fun!

Tanabata crafts with the Ladybugs!
This week, we’re preparing for Tanabata in Ladybug class! We made fans, wrote wishes, and painted lanterns! It got a little messy, but we had a lot of fun!

Evacuation Practice & A New Friend.
Both Butterfly classes took a quick walk to the nearby evacuation location. On the way we picked up a little hitchhiker…a beautiful butterfly. It stayed with us all the way and then…

Park
We went to the park recently to practice an evacuation drill. We walked to the park and then played around for a bit before heading back La Porte. It was very exciting!

A week preparing for star festival
We did a lot of arts preparing for tanabata and some inside PE due to the rain, we were all tired by the end of the week.
